Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to Handy Pro Hub, a software service operated by Freds Customs, 817 S 10th Ave, Maywood, IL 60153. By creating an account, starting a trial, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice and Refund Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. Provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity by you and authorized team members. Team owners control invitations and access within their workspace.

Starter costs $29 every 2 months, Workshop costs $59 every 6 months, and Workroom costs $125 every 18 months. Each plan includes a 7-day trial unless checkout states otherwise. After the trial, the selected term price and applicable taxes are charged up front to your payment method. Plans renew automatically for the same term until canceled. The checkout screen controls if it conflicts with a displayed summary.

Our payment provider processes card details, taxes, receipts, and billing records. You authorize recurring charges and agree to keep payment information current. Failed payments may lead to limited or suspended paid access.

You may cancel renewal from the Billing page at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term; access continues until then. Canceling does not automatically create a refund. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy.

You retain ownership of customer records, job details, photos, notes, quotes, invoices, pricing, and other content you submit. You grant Freds Customs a limited license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content only to provide, secure, support, and improve Handy Pro Hub. You represent that you have permission to upload and process the content, including customer personal information and job-site photos.

AI-generated scopes, images, estimates, and line items are suggestions, not professional, engineering, safety, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You must inspect the site, verify quantities, labor, materials, code requirements, permits, pricing, and suitability before relying on or sending AI-generated work. You remain responsible for quotes, contracts, workmanship, safety, and customer communications.

You may not break the law; infringe rights; upload malicious or deceptive material; attempt unauthorized access; probe or disrupt the service; reverse engineer protected portions; use the service to train competing systems without permission; or use AI features to create unlawful, harmful, or misleading content. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties.

Handy Pro Hub relies on service providers for hosting, authentication, storage, AI processing, email delivery, analytics, and payments. Their services may be subject to separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

We may maintain, update, add, or remove features and cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update these Terms and will post a new effective date. Material changes apply prospectively, with notice when required by law.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Handy Pro Hub is provided “as is” and “as available” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Freds Customs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Handy Pro Hub during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

You agree to defend and indemnify Freds Customs from third-party claims arising from your content, your contracting work, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights, to the extent permitted by law.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, unlawful use, security risk, or nonpayment. Provisions that logically survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and governing law—remain effective.

Illinois law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Cook County, Illinois will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law requires another forum.
