Refund Policy

New Starter, Workshop, and Workroom subscriptions include a 7-day trial unless checkout states otherwise. Cancel renewal through Billing before the trial ends to avoid the first term charge. A payment-provider authorization or temporary hold is not necessarily a completed charge.

After the trial, Starter is charged $29 for 2 months, Workshop is charged $59 for 6 months, and Workroom is charged $125 for 18 months, plus applicable taxes. Each plan renews for the same term and is billed up front until canceled.

You may cancel renewal at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term, and you retain access until that date. Partial-term credits and prorated refunds are not provided merely because you stop using the service.

Completed payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. We will review requests involving duplicate charges, an incorrect amount, unauthorized billing, or a material service failure that prevented reasonable use and was not resolved after notice. Approval is not guaranteed and may require supporting information.

Email Fred.saffold@gmail.com promptly with the account email, charge date, amount, and reason for the request. Do not include full card numbers. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; processing time is controlled by the payment provider and financial institution.

Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can investigate. This does not limit any legal rights you may have with your card issuer.
