Privacy Notice

Handy Pro Hub is operated by Freds Customs, 817 S 10th Ave, Maywood, IL 60153. This Notice explains how we handle personal information when you use the website, account, contractor workspace, client portal, AI tools, and support channels.

We collect account information such as name, email address, authentication events, team membership, and preferences. We process business records you provide, including customer contact details, addresses, jobs, schedules, notes, photos, material and labor prices, quotes, invoices, and expenses. We also collect subscription status, provider customer identifiers, transaction records, device and browser information, IP address, logs, and diagnostic events.

Card numbers and security codes are collected directly by our payment provider and are not stored by Freds Customs.

We receive information directly from you and invited users, from customers interacting with a portal you share, automatically through normal service operation, and from providers that support authentication, hosting, email, AI, and payments.

We use information to create and secure accounts; provide job, customer, quote, invoice, scheduling, photo, portal, team, and AI features; process purchases and cancellations; send service and security messages; respond to support; prevent fraud and abuse; troubleshoot and improve reliability; comply with law; and enforce our agreements.

When you request an AI scope, quote, or remodeled image, relevant prompts, job details, pricing information, and selected photos are sent to an AI service provider to produce the requested result. Do not submit sensitive information that is unnecessary for the request. Review AI output before using it.

We disclose information to service providers working for us, including providers for cloud hosting, database and file storage, authentication, payment processing, AI generation, email delivery, monitoring, and security. We may disclose information when you direct us, to team members and clients according to your sharing choices, in a business transfer, or when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We use essential browser storage and similar technologies to maintain sign-in sessions, remember security state, and operate checkout. Service providers may set necessary technologies for payment, fraud prevention, and infrastructure. Handy Pro Hub does not currently use advertising cookies.

When you delete your account, user data is deleted from active systems within 45 days. Limited records may be retained longer only when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, backup expiration, or another legal obligation. We may retain de-identified information that no longer identifies a person.

We use access controls, encrypted connections, restricted file storage, and other reasonable safeguards. No system is completely secure. Account owners should limit team access and protect credentials.

You may update your profile in Account settings and manage billing from the Billing page. Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about disclosures, and may appeal a denied request. We may verify your identity and retain information where legally required. You may unsubscribe from optional app emails using the link in those messages; essential account and security emails may continue.

Handy Pro Hub is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Notice as practices or laws change. The effective date identifies the latest version. We will provide additional notice of material changes when required.
